In a global scale, it is a wonderful company. But as a team base and working environment, it is terrible.

Colleagues in the team are amazing. Hard worker and talented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is higher than my previous company but the payment is lower.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have a clear business strategy. Better communication with team. Include the team to strategize.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am eager to grow Tinder in the market I'm working in. It has big challenges but I think it is possible. If we have a good leader who can develop business growth strategy (which we current lack from our leader).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We share our office with Pairs. Majority of the workers are Pairs. Which is very uncomfortable when there is no interaction. No joint corporation to grow the market together as MG. I get really stressed to work in the office with such environment.
