I love working at Tinder. I've been here nearly 7 years and it's because it's such a great company to work at. I've been at companies where the managers are really negative and the work environment made it not fun to come in everyday. Tinder is not like that at all. It's the best place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like everything I do affects the bottom line and drives the company towards success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the consistent stock refreshers really help especially when the stock price has been less than amazing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we make a product that really does affect peoples lives in a positive way and we know that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they're very open with the team. It helps everyone is insiders but I think we all know what we need to get done as a company to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like we hire for people that are of course talented engineers but also for people we want to work with. Everyone is positive with great communication skills and it's great to be able to work with them on a day to day basis.
