I've only been here 4 months and so far it's been a pretty good experience. I finally feel like I'm getting the hang of things and I can vastly attribute that to the training team and my close colleagues who've always offered their assistance and encouraged me to reach out!

everyone has been super welcoming, they really make you feel like no question is too dumb or silly. They consistently offer assistance and provide feedback in mostly positive intent ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As always Customer Support teams are the least compensated organization even though we are the face of the company to costumers. Overall, GE Specialists role is not at industry standard even though we wear many hats and work through many projects/responsibilities throughout the day.
