What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Interacting with people on other teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance, salary and bonus. I miss when we had dinner in the office and coordinated catering from local small businesses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing less on stock price and focusing more on customer and employee experience, stop doing stock buy backs unless they're being done for employee compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy collaborating on projects with coworkers however management is pushing us apart and asking that everyone work individually on independent projects with minimal interaction with each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For customers we're just focusing on extractive microtransactions rather than improving the app. For employees the soul of the company feels like its gone. Perks like lunch are just highschool cafeteria food, and social events don't feel the same as they used to.
