I admire the leadership team's integrity in their daily work, which is really what contributes to the bigger picture. They have a genuine enthusiasm for what Tinder does and where it is going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to have fun while we work hard to get all of our work done and reach our company's goals. Professional and personal successes are celebrated - even birthdays are a big deal here. Tinder employees also engage in a lot of social activities outside of work.
