The Leadership Team at Tinder is committed for the long haul, they're committed to our company values and mission and make decisions and take action that are meaningful and impactful towards our shared goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to be collaborative even on projects not specifically related to ones own work. Every one of my coworkers I can trust to show up and do their very best and be willing to lend their knowledge and experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having culture interviews incorporated into the process for any new hire - meaning that we wont bring on any new talent if they don't fit our company culture or hold the same values. The work in DE&I has also been so positive. We have ERG groups and resources for workshops, speakers, etc.
