My team is extremely proactive and always has the member experience at the top of mind when making business decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upon hire, I was told I would have Unlimited PTO, that was not the case. Stock refresh.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is one of the main reasons I've stayed this long at Tinder. The culture is fun, fast paced, and incredibly innovative.
