What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating vision and being mindful of their employees time, and how overwhelmed they are from a lack of organization and process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recruiting tactics are so odd, my recruiter changed the role last minute and lowered the title of the job posting but didn't properly communicate that, and the expectations didn't change at all. Hasn't been a weekend in a long time where I haven't worked.
