I've been at Tinder for 3 months and i'm really happy with how it's going, i have an incredible boss, that cares about my development and needs. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and helped/supported me when needed. The only thing i thing is missing in this company is diversity, this needs work!

There drive to improve diversity and inclusion for females and ethnicity

That my achievements are rewarded with a bonus. I do feel that EA should have the opportunity to be rewarded with shares

Having to over come challenges as a team or individually, we are a team/family. Building new relationships, seeking new mentors and developing new skills

There is a real sense of care and family. We are thought about and celebrate cultural events together and rewarded for hard work with gifts, and events
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a great mixture of people, that are creative, educated, hard working and everyone is nice and looks out for each other. Theres a great culture
