I think the leadership team does a great job of highlighting the wins across the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that our team works in a global function meaning we are hearing a lot from different regions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack of alignment across the leadership team and a lack of direction for all teams in general.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks are open to meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I also think folks are pretty active on Slack which is awesome!
