The company has a very inclusive culture with all communication (where possible) happening in open transparent channels and all ideas being welcome and heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is mostly made up of smart driven engineers from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide array of creative and thoughtful ideas and solutions to the table.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company prioritizes market compensation for new hires, but then does not provide growth. People who have been here 1-3 years would get better compensation by leaving and reapplying for their own job.
