Our leadership team is extremely transparent, open, and takes feedback to heart. They work hard to stay connected to every part of the organization and I feel they are committed to an authentic and impactful employee experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like I could easily reach out to anyone on my team with any question and they would know how to help me or where to direct me. Everyone is always willing to help one another, support one another, and celebrate one another.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The candidate experience team delivered an amazing virtual tour experience to help me learn more about Toast and what they have to offer from an employee experience perspective. My recruiter was extremely helpful and communicated constantly and transparently. Best interview and onboarding I've had.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can see the direct impact we have on our customers and can support our customers in my own neighborhood. Toasters are amazing and truly a group of people that actually cares about the whole person vs. just the work they bring to the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is trust and confidence that you get your work done and manage your time as needed. They truly want you to feel this can be a place you do your best work and part of that means letting you hold yourself accountable. I feel extremely supported and encouraged in all I do here.
