What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personal touch is very apparent. The leaders in the company actually (and proactively) listen, and actually ACT on the things they hear. Continual improvement and working as #OneTeam is not only promoted, but exemplified.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sabbatical is such a the best benefit! After 5 years of service, our company gives every employee paid sabbatical for 4 weeks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Truly a team environment, and everyone is passionate about the restaurant community and how we can improve it. I love showing up to work every day.

Feeling of teamwork is tangible on our team. Egos are left at the door and people on the team are willing/able to help out at a moment's notice. Intra-team collaboration is such a huge focus and source of strength.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on the team (because of very selective hiring) embraces a hospitality mindset and leads with humility. Although in our roles, we are individual contributors, the culture of team is so strong it inspires collaboration and improvement from everyone on the team.
