DEI and closing the gap between what Toast says its culture is vs what it's actually like in real life

What are some of the best things about your team?

The IC level is full of amazing, idealistic people. In my department, leadership is out of touch and full of hot air.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Just be careful to fact check and parse the info you receive while interviewing about the company/team you're joining (if you're reading this you already are, so good for you!) I was sold this role on the career progression and the interesting challenges, but my job is rote and progression is nil.
