Unlimited PTO has been a blessing. We are encouraging to utilize it as much as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a huge focus on mental health. We are encouraged to take care of ourselves (and others).

The interview process was efficient and collaborative. It felt like I was having conversations vs being put on the spot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely down to earth. They are very hands on with all things Toast, and continue to show their dedication to both the company and their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the most supportive and willing to help. I've never been with a brighter group of individuals who always want to work their hardest and put their best feet forward.
