Team is supportive and transparent. Good people all around.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Good listeners and asked good questions. Can be overly long in areas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
General Good vibes and people. Don't feel like a number and can share feedback and feel it's taken seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have really strong transparent leaders at the top C-level of the org. They take feedback head on and are communicative and transparent in most areas and teams. Some at the VP level aren't as strong but my direct management is awesome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good. Decent equity. The base pay has some gaps when looking at the top players in the Tech game. They are super flexible and feel I have a great work life balance. Some teams are better than others though. Great Parental/family leave. Not as strong annual bonuses.
