What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcome to be themselves without judgment. The environment is lighthearted - folks aren't afraid to share jokes and non-work comments at the risk of seeming unproductive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly believe that Toast is doing the best work to make restaurants successful, especially after the hard times through Covid. I believe in the company and enjoy my colleagues. People's voices are heard here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is transparent, supportive, and caring. My manager is trustworthy and clearly cares about my growth and career goals. I worked for a much smaller company and never spoke to the CEO, even though we were in the office together. That is never the case at Toast.
