Working for Topgolf as a Playmaker has been the most rewarding position I've ever had in my career. They are a worldwide known, first class organization that takes complete care of their employees from top to bottom. If you work hard, you will have plenty of opportunity for growth and longevity!

I believe my base compensation if very competitive from a market perspective. I enjoy the bonus opportunity and how it's structure to align with overall company performance and personal performance.

We get together extremely well and collaborate often. Everyone is lighthearted, funny, jovial, eager to help. In all of my years working, this is hands down one of the best team dynamics I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of.

My team is very cooperative and we want each other to succeed. The environment is very uplifting, and we are able to have good conversations with each other and get along very well. We are also VERY organized and have great communication, leading to higher quality work.

Very relaxed and fun environment. Not as cut-throat and people interact with each other well. The office is awesome and has many great perks, like food, beverages (including beer on tap), a ping pong table and games, and a great layout.
