There's never a dull moment and you're always busy with something to keep it "fresh" and challenging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision of what goals need to be achieved and provide the proper support, guidance and leadership to ensure those goals are met.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get together extremely well and collaborate often. Everyone is lighthearted, funny, jovial, eager to help. In all of my years working, this is hands down one of the best team dynamics I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Your hard work is actually noticed, appreciated and you certainly feel well compensated for your efforts. In addition to the monetary "feel good", the health insurance benefits are fantastic (and affordable as well) and these coupled with the other perks received make you feel very appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's top goal is about having and creating fun and that is an extremely refreshing perspective. It's truly a "work hard, play hard" type of culture and you never feel like you "have to work" but rather you "get to work" at Topgolf. Overall, it's a fantastic culture and working environment.
