Overall office benefits, such as our monthly team events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A market rate salary would be a great starting place.
Competitors and other travel tech company have much higher salaries for the same positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No hierarchy, best ideas counts, friendly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's not a whole lot that can be done at a coworker-level with such a toxic executive leadership team steering the ship.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
International environment, many social event are held and people are kind to one another
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Competitive salaries, transparency, equal pay for equal work, realistic expectations of workload... the list goes on!
