Review from Operations Dept

Focus on the individual and his worth

A PAY PLAN THAT IS STRUCTURED AROUND MY INDIVIDUAL PREFORMANCE.

i feel unvalued at the company and want a 50,000 daollar rause

Work for the most profitable car company that doesn't meet industry standards in pay and benefits.

A lot of unnecessary overtime, a lot of down time and no skills training. Higher raises and better hourly pay

Review from Product Dept

Pay for performance has been lost, especially at the leadership/executive level, where whom you are aligned with trumps delivery.

New hires are getting paid more than existing TMs. No effort to move people to mid-point of pay range. Existing people have to settle for a 3-4% annual increase or leave.

Considering how bad the shifts are for your health, rotating. And how depressing the environment can be to stay in forced overtime, at least let us have radio. Company treats people like absolute robots. They have a hard time keeping smart, hard working people due to alot of factors

Salary is lower than market

Review from Finance Dept

Give a dollar more for every five years you have been with the company ..

A company of this size should offer employees the ability to purchase atock at discounted rates. The company should contribute to student loan repayment. Tuition assistance is rarely because most jobs require you to already have a degree before securing the position. They have to realize this.

Review from Operations Dept

I get a similar base salary, but no bonus as a contractor

stop underpaying People of color and females.

Review from Business Development Dept

Don’t pay me more than I am worth just pay me what I am worth! We are owned by a Japanese firm that has a very good ethos! Keep your employees happy and the rest will sort itself. A real shame when you have a fantastic brand. My customers are

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Operations Dept

There is not enough respect through the employees to be great about your job as well as working with the public
