I've had a great experience so far. Although there is not respect between all of employees, we still make it work at the end of the day for thw finished product of satisfaction. Scheduling was flexible. I started as part time and work my way to full time. I also work Monday-Friday.

The way we work together in tough situations and the level of caring between us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How friendly the manager was, the news of a fast paced environment with quality vehicles. Everything is new and fresh.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are dealing with automotivess that have a great reputation. We're helping people with their vehicles and that feels good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is not enough respect through the employees to be great about your job as well as working with the public
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they will listen to complaints, but hardly anything gets done. We also take all of the craziness with customer service.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that it's such a high paced environment so I am constantly moving or doing something. I like most of my co-workers which also makes it a little easier to go.
