What I like best is that they're doing their job well, they also treat us like a human and not as a machine or sort of, and the overall experience is beginner friendly since I'm first time applying at this kind of job, which is a good start for me because of the people I met.

Manager should not pass their task to us same as with supervisors. Managers manager should not toleratetheir behavior when it comes to deliverables, attendance, etc. Avoid blaming subordinates for uncleared task and insturctions when in the first place there's no clear communication and instructions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being on my position and workload, I really feel that I am underpaid. Especially that additional tasks (originally from other team) is being given to our team. We have additional roles in the company that is not declared on our contract without additional compensation.

I just think our basic pay does not match the cost of living - prices skyrocketed and salary can't keep up. Although, I've got the explanation how it was that way because of the "commission" we get on the account, it's still not enough. Commission is unstable. Salary is fixed. That's the difference
