The family first and togetherness we have each other's backs and we work as one unit. Greeting every customer as they come in with a full body hello we care about our customers and what they are going through and it shows in every interaction we have
Happy customers that love to talk about their pets. Also, farmers that depend on us for supplies.
Our coworkers are the only reason I stay. But as the SM and DM drive them away, there isn't much to keep me (and others here). and as they drive away the ASM, most of us will leave because he is the only one that supports us in this store and cares about the "tractor way".
Our ASM is a breath if fresh air. Our receiver works hard to keep track of everything. Our store manager is part of the team, but he takes too many days off.
They all pretty much have great personalities. A good majority of us work well as a team.
