Trader Joe's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance is really good. Dental and vision are pathetic

Sunday pay holiday pay every 2 thursday

Salary and benefits wages increases

All of it, im thankful

I haven't got my package yet I'm

The retirement plan is generous

Affordable health care and 20% product discount

You get your yearly bonus and 20% groceries

Wage increases and bonuses are great plus 401k match %

The biyearly raises and the employee discount.

Review from Sales Dept

Outstanding PPO medical benefits & compensation package

Health insurance options are very good

Part-timers get benefits which is so hard to find in a company. You also start getting paid time off on day one.

Benefits are cheap and lots of paid time off

20% discount, medical/dental, retirement investing program with matching by the company, $10 more per hour on Sundays!, regular & consistent raises, and I consider my flexible schedule a wonderful bonus

Review from Customer Support Dept

that I am eligible for health insurance, paid days off, and 401K

the benefits we receive are great

benefits, 401k, raises - but mate bonus seems very subjective and inconsistent

I enjoy the optional gym package that comes when you use any of their insurance options

Grows exponentially with your time of employment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because me and my coworkers are what makes Trader Joe's Trader Joe's, and I know how much Trader Joe's makes sales are getting better each year yet what we get paid does not reflect that.

Review from Sales Dept

Being fairly compensated for the work i have done.

Restoring benefits to what was previously offered by the company,

Review from Customer Success Dept

Getting paid a living wage without fearing the loss of health benefits twice a year.

If the managers were nicer to the employees

To whom it may concern, I write this email with a heavy heart Ms.High but I don’t have much recourse in my situation. I have been working with this great company for 4 years now. Before Covid, during and after it. In my store of Pembroke Pines in Florida 775, we recently have gone through chang

Better bonuses and dental bnegits

i feel over valued by the wrong person my manger istaking advantage of my work ethic

I qoild like to believe i work for a company with ethics as a integruty that rates as the highest importance. I feel like im working for a highschool drama driven promqueen. The person who she likes best this week is who gets favor and the person they like the least gets the long end of the stick

Nothing diffrently just communication and innerstanding

Review from Customer Success Dept

A fair raise would be in order due to my constant improvement in the workplace.

There is definitely a pay discrepancy between male and female workers. Women are undervalued. Will not raise pay for tenured employees even though new employees' starting wage is higher than the tenured employees' wages. Easier health ins. qualifications would make me feel more valued.

I have been repeatedly denied raises, training and advancement, even though I consistently and reliably show up and work and do my best and work very hard and efficiently, to the point where customers go out of their way to personally thank me, express gratitude. I pull the weight of multiple crew

Review from Sales Dept

They have slowly taken away 90% of our benefits as times goes on. Cut our 401K by half, upper our insurance costs, didnt raise wages, no covid protections.. no paid sick days.

Paying a living wage with transparency around advancement oportunities and raises

New hires paid more than long time veterans. No wage adjustment.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We work very hard. And so does our crew leaders. It's back breaking and potentially dangerous work. Face pases and high demands. But we are happy.

Benefits are being reduced. Abused by customer s & management refusing to address

I was overworked, and found out others who got hired after me were making more money

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel like im worth more than what im paid
