It is different from other grocery stores.
We all work together as a team
The managers are mostly supportive
we are kind to one another and make the most of our work even when it's a crazy busy day. Or if we have a bad experience with the customer, we'll talk about it with each other and make each other feel better about it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really did enjoy the interview process! My interviewer were great at putting me at ease, I felt the questions and information they were needing was completely appropriate. I felt welcome and relaxed during my interviews.

I love working with my workmates ~~ other crew members, the mates, and Todd, our Captain. I also really like the customers; I love interacting with them ~~ sometimes a customer just needs to tell us about their day!
