Review from Operations Dept

I've been in location 2 years going on 3 and I make less money now than when I first started. I paid $5k for my benefits last year and you know what I got out of it? A free pair of contacts. And you can bet I still had a co pay for that visit.

Review from Operations Dept

If they paid me what they owe

i need funds for my tools that i use at all the jobs a tool allowance if you may.

Pay people for the skill they bring and the job their doing.
