Trakstar is an overall exceptional place to work. Our CEO is the coolest, friendliest person you will ever meet. The people I work with (remotely of course) are kind and considerate. I've made better friendships with people here that I have never met in person than at previous in-person companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't feel like they are out of reach. I regular have communications with them and feel like they are open to listening to ideas and feedback.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more of a conversation than an interview. We covered the general goals of the business and specific job requirements, but the interview felt very laid back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a little family at this point. We disagree sometimes but at the end of the day we all care about each other and enjoy working together.
