I can't say enough great things about working at Trakstar. Everyone I work with is kind and understanding. My job is rewarding and I feel appreciated. I have great pay and benefits. I wish everyone could have a job where they feel the way I do at Trakstar!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing and able to help anyone else with literally anything at anytime! The work culture is relaxed while at the same time we push toward excellence!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team allows me to make mistakes in order to better learn! It's a very difficult thing to do properly and my team really nails it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how even though we all work remotely, we have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other; from weekly meetings, to random (optional) questions of the day, to fun activities like trivia & bingo. It's really do to all of this that I know my coworkers really well & consider them friends!
