What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I have a great team that is really knowledgeable and works hard, but they are underestimated often and the value of their knowledge is not appreciated

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management is disjointed and unstructured. There have been so many layoffs and firings that even management is it looking to their team for support anymore, they are looking out for themselves on.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The current culture is extremely negative and no one feel safe in their job. People are anxious and angry and sad they missed our co-workers have been let go and the fear of the same for themselves

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is cutting all of the wrong corners and they don't appreciate knowledge or input that employees have. On paper they say that they are an environment of innovation, but new ideas are not welcome and they are not
