What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is flexible. Health and dental are adequate. The annual bonus (company + individual performance) are great. Total comp is fair for the amount of work. But lo compared to industry standards.
The salary is very decent
Amazing benefits and top sellers have stock options
Unlimited PTO, modern maternity leave offering. flexible schedule, and good retirement contributions.

Friendly people, smart, hard working
Many of the people i work with are top notch for certain.
We make work a great environment
Team has a good coordination and achieve the goals in time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally nice and TRY to help. PTO is flexible. Work is meandering. No real ownership of products.
My manager tries to shelter his/her direct reports.

We are told we can contribute, and that we will be rewarded for speaking honestly and being transparent. I've not tried that hard to be honest, as I'm not sure it's true. TU seems very 'big corporate' stratified and 'stay in your lane'.
