Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are rhe lowest paid hospital in the county. They've been "bending the truth" that we are gettig bought out by another company and to hold on because things will get better. After two years, that fell through. We would be making 15-20/hr, they further disrespected us by giving us a $1-2 raise.
