Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
At May 2022, my first year at Trilogy will be completed. I enjoyed overwhelming percentage of the time I spent. There were some challenges at start but I like it very much currently.

Distribution of work according to my skills & availability of improvement opportunities by providing doable but hard tasks.

Salary is good. But there are no other benefits. I don't expect any other benefits because salary is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clearing my backlog, seeing that we have a relatively minor amount of work to do. Also, starting a brand new major task all by myself.
