Better visibility, proper training with milestones

To be frank, the culture could be much better, only positivity I could find is that a few co-workers are somewhat supportive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's simple, just the compensation and nothing else, but that works for me as it's a few times higher than the local market salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much pressure and less visibility. Need better collaboration compared to the rat race, so the people could be willing help each other, higher reusability etc.
