Solving problems; it's an endless passion of mine, especially that it's accompanied by some new learnings.

Fair salary and many nice people around. Open door policy to speak to management and to be heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It fits living a good life where I'm located. XO/Trilogy isn't providing unfair salaries, on the contrary; it's market-competitive for my role.

Lovely Helpful Easy to communicate with Intelligent Sophisticated Most of us share the same hobbies (we're mostly Nerds)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're humble, down-to-earth, really nice to speak to them. I've never really felt that there's a barrier between me and any CSM or VP. To the extent that I personally like most of them due to their decency (e.g. Uriel, Ivina, Peter, Desmond, Csaba, and more wonderful personalities in Central).
