Good, but could be a whole lot better, especially given the size and resources available, not to mention the comparatively much longer experience operating remotely.

Just that everyone is super smart and can usually be quite helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making the workers feel like they are something more than just robots at a large factory production line. Help the employees feel better appreciated, and that the work they do is actually valuable work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to what other companies in the US pay for the same job I do, my company pays lower. Additionally, given that there are no extra benefits (HMO, dental, etc), I believe the pay could be better.
