The team is very helpful and patient with new hires. Going through orientation with someone else was very helpful and made me feel like there was someone in this process with me.

The fact that I am being challenged and stretched. I am consistently presented with new problems to solve and products to learn. I am always on my toes, problem-solving, and getting better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a constant culture of growth and improvement, and no one person claims to know everything. I appreciate the way my input is valued and the culture of finding the best way, not "my way."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are straightforward and honest. They care about my work, but make sure I am balanced at home as well. There is open conversation about what I am and am not doing well, and what is required to advance in the organization.
