The fact that there has been no performance based or inflationary increment in the past three years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership allows my function to operate with limited disruption, an improvement from 2-3 years ago when there was a lot of disruption to our work flows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A diverse team of individuals from different parts of the world means that when we have new members on the team, it's easier for them to blend in.
