I do not enjoy working here at all. The company focuses on the wrong things and does not value the employees.

It is high wages for the markets they recruit in.

Management needs an attitude change and to start valuing and listening to workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I cannot really say anything positive about the culture of the company. I do not enjoy working here other than working with my peers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all bonded together trying to survive the next impossible challenge management comes up with to try and prove we are useless. Everyone is very bright, well qualified and hard working.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to change their attitude towards workings and start that acknowledging that employees add value and that they are not just costs that should always be treated as if they are just gaming the system and adding no value.
