Its been alright so far. I don't really get a sense of team work, but I guess that's to be expected as everyone wants to be a top performer. I think personal feedback would make agents feel more secure in their roles (especially new ones) so they's know which areas they need to improve on

They are no benefits are compensation packages. Just the salary.

I think the VP's are actually very willing to help

To be honest, There's no team persay. Its very individual for the most part
What do you like best about the leadership team?
More personal feedback in terms of coaching. When people are fired, they are typically caught unawares with no warning or whatsoever. It would be better if warnings were given and tips for improvement as well
