Environment is supportive and friendly for people with different opinions and mood. Cultural differences do not prevail professional relationships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All kind of bureaucracy, where I have to fill inputs, which nobody will read, use or even be able to understand, make me feel I'm not using my skills, and I am undervalued. Compensation simply needs to be adjusted, because the market of remote work has grown, and I already can find an equal offer.
