They are intelligent and hyper-strategic, I have a tremendous amount of respect for what they have built, the standards they have, and the commitment to pursuit of ongoing improvements of processes and deliverables.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid well and have the flexibility to decide how and what to source in regards to benefits for ourselves - typically there is a real lack of transparency on how much you are paying into your group benefits and how much you actually "benefit" from them, and they are typically mandatory.
