Salary, but no other compensation(even vacations and sick leave are not paid)

Nothing positive. Stupid experiments that presented as brilliant ideas of executives(no one really brought any improvement)

Stupid experiments that presented as brilliant ideas of executives(no one really brought any improvement). Improvement should be to exchange current "executives" with normal managers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My role is VP, but in Trilogy VP role is degraded to just take tickets from a queue and do them, this is not what people think VP should. Other problem is that Seinior VPs are hired based on their programming skills/experience, most of them do not have even basic understanding of management.
