Ms. Julie A. Shepard has been Chief Accounting Officer of Trimble Inc. since May 17, 2007 and has been its Vice President of Finance since December 2006. Ms. Shepard is responsible for Trimble's worldwide finance operations including financial planning, accounting, external reporting and compliance. She has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of finance roles. She served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Trimble Navigation Ltd. from June 3, 2013 to January 5, 2014. Ms. Shepard served as the Vice President, Finance of Trimble Navigation Ltd. since December 2006. Ms. Shepard served as Vice President of finance and corporate controller of Quantum Corporation from 2004 to 2006 and Vice President, Finance of Nishan Systems from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Shepard began her career at Price Waterhouse and is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a BS in Accounting from California State University.
