What do people at Trimble think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

I typically hear positive things about our CEO. We get broadcast messages frequently, which keeps employees in the loop of big announcements within the company, and they are working towards and catering to working across divisions throughout the company.

I think he is pretty well regarded. I wish he would communicate with us more, but he needs to have a platform to do so first (intranet or similar).

We honestly don’t think about it much. Our focus is on our own work and our own deadlines. We really don’t think about things outside our bubble much

CEO is intelligent and understands the business. He is not however a very effective speaker....
