What is the best part about your compensation package?

Company match of 401K could be higher but moeny woes cost the laborers.

My total rewards package is well balanced.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Too little pay and low 401k match

company is cheap and look to turn employees rather than hire quality.

Reviews and raises should be regular and not bottle necked by one person

Salary is only patt of it, the insurance options are not competative enought, along with the sick and pto time

I got paid almost nothing.

Equal pay for equal work unfortunately and then get paid more than the woman and the woman have higher positions than the men

I make almost the same now as I did when i started several years ago. I make less then others in my position. I have no benefits.

Could be paid more. Better benefits
