What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is amazing! Most of the management at my RDC are good people; it's the corporate side of things that made the company go bankrupt.

Listen. Just listen to your workers.
They could acknowledge that they have a responsibility to educate their first time workers when they work there for the summer.
Treat people with respect...no promotions from within anymore. That says a lot
