We all work hard and get along well enough... usually surpassing goal set for us

When I'm doing a good job and get a thank you or bravo card in recognition

Very attentive to the needs of the workers and extremely helpful when there is a probt to solve
What did you like most about the interview process?
They skipped the silly questions all the other companies ask and we're straight forward...also do a tour of the company
