it's not bad. It's a good place to work if you don't rely on a job or need money or benefits. the people are great. there just is no place to go.

there wasn't much of one. a couple questions and a lot of info given and i had the job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make almost the same now as I did when i started several years ago. I make less then others in my position. I have no benefits.
