TruGreen Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love the Uncaped commission

Double bonus potential is great

I have no clue due to lack of information

Overtime is good pay but so many hours. Only 60k max i think

Review from Operations Dept

The pay and the benefits

Dental and vision are great

It is motivation to do more

equity and bonus potential for eligible roles.

Time off, vacation, and holidays are good

Medical was pretty good actually

The Possibility of learning more And learning more

Its a win win all around

It doesn't start until 90 days.?

Everything it offers. Covers all needs and it is a fair price

It is fair an there are legitimate bonus opportunities for many.

Everything about it is great

I get to eat and pay my bills.

comp match retirement benefits and health plan is reasonable

401 K and medical benefits.

401k to build retirement nest egg

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of work we do, we should be paid minimum 25 dollars and hour.. also, my health insurance was canceled by someone at trugreen before i was eligible to receive it, and now wageworks says i have to pay for the 4 months i didn't have insurance for me to have insurance going forward.

250k, company car , 10 weeks pto

Driving a company truck older than me. No ac in most of the trucks. When approaching my manager about workload wnd conditions, the response i got was "overcome it"

face abuse from customers constantly, not paid enough to deal with the stress--have been put on medication since starting with this company. they do not care about you as an employee

Get rid of the competing entities with in the organization, return controls to the branches, higher salary, less confusing commissions structure, back end customer retention productive commissions payout , gas cards & improve training in sales & production with more realistic goals.

I want to see about my 401k plan

Lack of pay for amount of overwork

Make every one routs the same and fair

My team makes me feel very valued so this doesn't apply to me

Review from Sales Dept

I do a great job communicating with the leads i talk to. My manager made it hell and difficult to want to come to work, employees attitude changed. He basically changed the hours and work days and doesnt give positive reinforcements. He just says everything can be done better; say such and such

We work 80+ hours a week. If i brake it down to a hourly rate, it would be around 13 per hour. we hire entry level employees at 18

Raises more in line with COL increases and actual health insurance.

I deserve better pay for cost of living

Benefits, perks, keep employees, better customer service

A raise, benefits that are actuslky of value. Health insurance is worthless,

Benefits could be better than they are.

Been with company 3 years, yet a new hire off the street makes the same as me. Yet other employees that have been there longer than me make more an hr than I do. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've called out in 3 years.

More money wld be better my job is to make sure the customers are satisfied

Workload is ridiculous. Equipment is falling apart.

I feel like I'm being taken advantage of
